Renting a unit at BigFoot Storage is quick and easy. You can call us any day between 8:30am and 7pm and we’ll have you set up in about 10 minutes. Prefer to do it yourself? You can also rent a unit online anytime directly on our website.
Yes. To ensure the safety and security of our facility and all of our customers, we do not allow hazardous or flammable materials, illegal goods, food or organic material, guns, ammunition, explosives, or any products that may pose a risk to the environment or others.
Your unit is the responsibility of the person it is rented to, so access should be limited to that individual. If someone else requires access to your unit, please reach out to our team and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
BigFoot Storage facility access hours are 6am – 10pm, seven days a week. If you require extended access hours outside of these times, please reach out to our support team and we will do our best to help.
We require just 10 days notice before moving out. Simply give us a call or send us an email and we will take care of the rest. Once your move-out is requested, you will receive a scheduled move-out confirmation to make the process as smooth as possible.
No. At BigFoot Storage, all rentals are month to month with no long-term contracts or complicated leases.
